Delivery inside Riyadh only.
Delivery times:
Everyday from 6pm till 12am.
Orders being confirmed before 5pm delivered between 6pm till 9pm.
Orders being confirmed after 5pm delivered between 9pm till 12am.
Orders being confirmed after 9pm being delivered next day.
Exchange Policy
Juice can be changed if in the same packing and never being opened or used within ONE day and the delivery charges are being paid by the customer.
Other products can be changed within one day if in original packing and never been used or opened, delivery charges are being paid by the customer.
Guarantee Policy
Devices guarantee is only ONE day if the device is not working it will be replaced for free.
Disposable devices are not included in the guarantee policy and cannot be changes under any circumstances
While exchange the products, if the mistake is from our site we will pay the delivery fees, if not then the customer must pay the delivery fees.
The customer must check the order when receiving to ensure the order is correct.
